Sociedade Bíblica do Brasil (SBB)
The Sociedade Biblica do Brasil (SBB) is a non-profit organization of a religious, social and cultural nature.
Its purpose is to translate, produce and distribute the Bible. Due to its nature and profile, our objective was to find a way to ensure the Supplier’s XML Compliance, standardization, security and transparency in our procurement process, in addition to more agility in the tasks of receiving materials.
The process of choosing the solution took some time, but it was more than the right decision when we opted for Actionsys Electronic Receiving.
Today, we have a complete Receipt Management solution, which generates the supplier’s XML at SEFAZ until it enters the finance department; performs commercial, fiscal and physical validation; and makes it possible to follow up on all occurrences in the process.
As it is a solution approved by Oracle, we also ensure the solution updates, as well as the guarantee of its continuity in new ERP versions.
We are very pleased with both the results obtained with the solution and with Actionsys’ support in its development.
